1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bali88 website at https://bali88.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any software provided by bali88 for accessing its services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account with bali88.
• "bali88", "We", "Us", or "Our" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Services" means all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other gaming categories made available from time to time.
• "Funds" means the balance of real-money deposits held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before it may be converted to withdrawable Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by bali88 to confirm a Member's identity.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with bali88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bali88 does not permit persons under 21 years of age to access the Services under any circumstances.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion list for gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All betting and gaming activity on bali88 must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of bali88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one Account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts identified by bali88 will be suspended, and any Funds or Bonus Credits held therein will be forfeited without further notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bali88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bali88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

Providing false or misleading registration information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bali88 reserves the right to close any Account found to contain inaccurate information and to retain all Funds held therein pending investigation.

4 KYC Verification

bali88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to authorizing withdrawal requests and at various stages of account activity. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard security requirement across all regulated gaming platforms.

4.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) — A clear photograph or scan showing all four corners, your full name, date of birth, and identification number.
• Proof of Address — A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past 90 days showing your current residential address.
• Selfie Verification — A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the document details.
• Payment Method Verification — Evidence that you are the registered owner of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours during standard business hours (WIB). During peak periods or Indonesian public holidays, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by bali88 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, account restriction, or account closure. bali88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bali88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposit transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). bali88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified Accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security review. bali88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 3–15 minutes for standard requests; however, processing times may extend up to 24 hours during peak periods or scheduled banking maintenance windows.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• All active Wagering Requirements attached to any Bonus Credits must be fully met, or the remaining bonus balance must be forfeited, before Funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your bali88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are not permitted.
• A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made prior to the withdrawal request.

5.4 Transaction Fees

bali88 does not charge Members any fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, individual financial institutions or e-wallet providers may apply their own service charges, which are outside bali88's control. Members are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider directly.

5.5 Refused Transactions

bali88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, bali88 may place a hold on the relevant Account and Funds pending investigation, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bali88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers at the time they are made available.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Members only. bali88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Credits expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus Credits may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Member under any circumstances.
• bali88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a Member's Account at the time of the change are not retrospectively affected.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to each eligible Member on a one-time basis only. Attempting to claim a new-member promotion more than once — whether via a duplicate Account or otherwise — constitutes bonus abuse.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bali88 employs advanced detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; systematic exploitation of free bet or cashback structures; and colluding with other Members to claim promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Credits and any derived winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently closed.

6.3 Seasonal Promotions

bali88 may offer enhanced promotions during Indonesian cultural and national calendar events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other significant occasions. The specific terms, deposit requirements, and wagering conditions for seasonal promotions will be communicated at the time of each offer.

7 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bali88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant game rules before participating.

7.1 Sports Betting

bali88 offers sports betting across a comprehensive range of markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and e-sports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile). Indonesian players who enjoy bandar bola (online football bookmaking) and mix parlay (multi-team accumulator betting) will find dedicated markets for both formats. All odds are published at the time of bet placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. bali88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred.

7.2 Live Casino & Slot Games

All casino games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on real-time card and wheel outcomes monitored by third-party auditors. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the individual game information panels. bali88 is not responsible for network interruptions that occur during a live gaming session; in the event of a disconnection, bets already confirmed prior to the interruption remain valid.

7.3 Togel & Other Number Games

Players who participate in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) on the bali88 platform agree to the specific draw schedules, prize tables, and result verification procedures published within the togel section of the Platform. Results are final once officially published. Disputes regarding togel outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw result being posted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bali88 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Platform or its content without bali88's prior written consent.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits promotional structures in a manner not intended by bali88.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bali88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bali88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bali88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any other use of Platform content without the express prior written consent of bali88 is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

bali88's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. bali88 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bali88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical failures, network outages, or scheduled maintenance.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that arise from genuine technical faults, provided bali88 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any interruption to banking or e-wallet services operated by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and others).

bali88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bali88 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds in your Account (net of applicable Bonus Credits that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by bali88

bali88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other circumstance that bali88 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Members.

13 Amendments

bali88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bali88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. bali88 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and is committed to upholding the principles of fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bali88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits bali88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests or the security of the Platform.
